If you need to change or cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing it! Once that time has passed, your order may be in the processing stage, and we might not be able to make any adjustments. If you do manage to cancel within that 24-hour window, we’ll get your refund processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items


We take extra care when packaging your products to prevent any damage in transit. If your item has any defects or is physically broken, let us know! But remember, we can’t consider items with just damaged packaging (like dented boxes) as ‘damaged’ if the product itself is in good shape.

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving it. Just email us at triestes_inquiry@outlook.com with a clear picture of the damage, and we’ll see if you qualify for a replacement—no charge! We can’t issue refunds or replacements for damage incurred from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery


We work hard to get your order to you promptly! However, we can’t be responsible for any shipping delays that are out of our control, like those caused by the courier or customs. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. We also aren’t responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It’s really important to double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice an error after placing your order and let us know within 24 hours, we may be able to fix it. If not, we won’t be able to send a replacement or issue a refund.
